Darlene Griffin breathed her last breath on Wednesday morning, September 18, in her apartment at Dover Place Assisted Living in Dover. Since March of this year the compassionate care of Vitas Hospice enabled her to remain in Dover Place where she enjoyed every day in the company of the exceptional staff of Dover Place and her fellow residents. Formerly of Frederick Maryland she was married for 67 years to Robert (Bob) Griffin, with whom she spent many happy years.
