Oahu Mortuary
Our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother was called to Heaven on January 15, 2024. Her spirit is now in the presence of the Lord. She was born on February 12, 1939 in Honolulu. She grew up on Konia Street with her Nana and Papa and loved playing with her cousin Stanley. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 42 years Louis David Zenz, her parents Daniel and Maydell Wise, her brothers Donald Wise, Bernard Wise and Melvin Wise and her sister Beverly Chee. She is survived by her sister Lois Wise Hewlett, her children Luana Villanueva, Linda O'Reilly and Leslie Hutchins Jr., 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was a proud graduate of the Kamehameha Schools class of 1957. She loved gardening, reading, traveling and adopting stray cats and dogs. She was vivacious, full of fun and very kind hearted. We will miss her very much. Her Celebration of Life will be held on February 17th at Oahu Cemetery. Visitation begins at 3 pm and the services will be at 4 pm. Please stay to eat and chat about memories of our Mom.
