Daniel "Solio" Ramirez, age 81, passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his father: Guadalupe A. Ramirez, mother: Juanita Ramirez, 1 son: Charles Ramirez, one sister: Carmela Tonches, 4 brothers: Samuel Ramirez, Juan Ramirez, Guadalupe Ramirez, and Oscar Ramirez.

He is survived by his wife: Enedina Ramirez, Companion: Guadalupe Lopez, 2 daughters: Gracie and Ester Ramirez, 5 sons: Daniel (Mary) Ramirez, David (Pat) Ramirez, Joe (Rosario) Ramirez, Guadalupe (Elena) Ramirez, and Eloy (Erica) Ramirez, 5 step-kids: Daniel (Chrissy) Lopez, Virginia Anguiano, Evelyn (Pete) Lopez, Oscar Navarro, and Ruben Navarro, 1 granddaughter that he raised: Angel Ramos, numerous grandkids and great grandkids.

Pall Bearers will be Daniel Ramirez lll, David Ramirez Jr., Leroy Arellano, Joe Soliz, Michael Soliz, and Joshua Araujo.

A visitation will be held Sunday, May 1, 2022 from 5 PM to 8 PM in the Roberson Funeral Home Chapel with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 PM. A graveside service will be held Monday, May 2, 2022 at 10 AM at the Roselawn Cemetery in Alice, Texas. Services are entrusted to Roberson Funeral Home Alice.
