Dale Price Sr., 84, of Buchanan, MI passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024 at his home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 27, 2024, at Swem Chapel, 301 W. Front St., Buchanan, MI 49107. Burial will follow at Patton Cemetery in La Porte, IN. Friends may visit with the family from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Thursday, September 26, 2024 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan. Dale was born June 6, 1940 in La Porte, IN to Clarence & Dora (Wright) Price. He was the owner of Newman's Auto Shop in Buchanan for many years. Dale was an avid Notre Dame Fan who enjoyed working on cars, riding his motorcycle and NASCAR racing. He was also a member of the Buchanan Masonic Lodge #68.

Dale is survived by his wife Ellen Newman; sons Dale (Lydia) Price Jr. and Mark (Judi) Price; step-daughters Carla, Christyann and Monica; grandchildren Dakota Price, Mackenzie Price, Quinn (Micah) Luce; 9 step-grandchildren; 5 Step-great grandchildren; and brother David (Vicki) Price. Dale was preceded in death by his parents.
