Cynthia K. "Cindy" Rexroad 77, of Troy, New Hampshire and formerly of the Baldwinville, Massachusetts area, died unexpectedly at her home in Troy, on May 26, 2021.
Her parents, Edwin "Eddie" and Sylvia (Paganetti) McClure, welcomed their daughter into the world on February 6, 1944 in Gardner, Mass. Cindy grew up in Baldwinville and was a 1962 graduate of Narragansett Regional High School in Baldwinville.
Cindy had a keen mind for business and was successful in her work career, first as an assistant in the office of Heywood Wakefield Furniture Company in Gardner, Massachusetts for twelve years. She moved to East Granby, Connecticut where she ran a gun club and enjoyed helping others learn the sport of trap shooting, of which, Cindy was an accomplished shooter. She was the assistant manager of the Hartford Gun Club for fifteen years.
Upon returning to Troy, Cindy co-owned and operated the Mt. Video Rental Store in Troy. She later opened two other video stores in Athol and Winchendon, MA. She retired in 2009.
Cindy loved dogs and cats, enjoyed snowmobiling, trapshooting, and golf over the years.
She enjoyed spending time with her beloved sister and brother-in-law, Carole and Dick Newman and their children, Allen and Cheryl, and their families, and her lifelong friend, Donna Smith. She loved all of them very much.
Services and burial in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Baldwinville, will be held privately by the family.
