Cynthia was born in Hot Springs, Arkansas to John Robert and Alice Rose (Givens) Bradford on June 26, 1939. She was the youngest of six children. After graduating from Hot Springs HS, Cynthia attended Little Rock University and soon married Clifford Vincent Keheley, whom she would call her best friend. Cynthia's parents instilled in her the desire to help other people and she committed her life to serving her community. Actively involved in PTA, scouts, church, and other community programs, Cynthia gave much of her time to helping others. Following a career with the State of Texas, she retired to Hot Springs and became a successful business owner. She continued her community involvement as a member of the Rotary Club of Hot Springs National Park, a founding contributor to Garvan Woodland Gardens and spearheading the Downtown Farmers Market. She was presented Community Service Award-Woman of the Year by the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce in 2007 and Rotarian of the Year in 2012-2013. Cynthia was elected to the Hot Springs Board of Directors in 2008. During her four-year term, she focused on improving her district and guiding projects benefiting the future of the Hot Springs. She was a proud grandmother and spent much of her time following grandchildren activities and achievements. They were the favorite topics of conversation among her friends and family and anyone who would listen. Cynthia is survived by her best friend and husband of 60 years, Clifford Keheley, her daughter and her husband Carole Anne and Mark Rolling of Rowlett, their daughter and her husband Meagan and Michael Kuitu of College Station, her son and his wife Cliff Jr. and Paulette Keheley and their children Madeline, Calvin and Ella all of Mesquite. A memorial service will be held at Grand Ave. UMC on Saturday, January 4 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please support the Feed the Hungry Program at Grand Ave. UMC.
