Curtis was born in Oxnard, California to Eugene F. Murray and Glenda K. Murray. He is survived by his Mother; Stepfather Franklin M. Darden; Sister Janice C. Murray; Brother Brent J. Murray; as well as Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and many other loved ones.
