Cortines Kentrail Elkins passed away September 29, 2022 at the Titus Regional Medical Center, Mt. Pleasant, at the age of 37. His funeral will be October 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Daingerfield High School Auditorium and burial will be at Whitmore Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
