Mrs. Corinne Ann Humbel, 92, of Frederick, MD died Wednesday, November 6, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, George C. Humbel.
Born on September 17, 1932, in Pittsburgh, PA, she is the daughter of the late Harry H. and Sadie A. Muth.
Mrs. Humbel was a longtime member Zion Lutheran Church in Middletown. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her sons, Edward T. Humbel of Blue Springs, MO, Brian G. Humbel and wife Jill of Frederick, MD, Ronald S. Humbel and wife Julie of Boonsboro, MD, Kenneth C. Humbel and wife Tina of Mt. Airy, MD, her daughters Karen Humbel of Germantown, MD, and Amy L. Benson and husband Barry of Earlysville, VA, as well as 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She will also be remembered fondly by many friends and for her love of watching the Baltimore Orioles.
Private interment will be made in Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Thompson Harman Funeral Home, Middletown.
