Constance Jane (O'Donnell) Harisiades, a pillar of love and strength, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2024, surrounded by the sons she dedicated her life to raising. Born on March 30, 1934, in Manchester, NH, to James and Ruth O'Donnell, Constance's roots in her beloved city shaped the course of a life filled with family, love, and adventure.
Returning to Manchester after living in various New England states, Constance met the love of her life, Louis Harisiades, with whom she shared the joy and responsibility of raising four boys. Her legacy lives on through her large and loving family: James Harisiades of Manchester, NH, Gregory Harisiades and his wife Judith (Glannon) Harisiades of Hooksett, NH, Steven Harisiades of Manchester, NH, and Arthur Harisiades and his wife Michele (Keys) Harisiades of Hooksett, NH. Constance is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of whom she adored, along with several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband.
Constance dedicated the early years of her life to proudly raising her four sons, a task she approached with boundless love and devotion. After her nest emptied, she found fulfillment as a valued member of the Crystal Cleaners family, where she thrived in her role as the establishment's ambassador. Known for her warmth and kindness, Constance cherished the interactions with customers.
In her leisure time, Constance and Louis opened their hearts and home, hosting gatherings for family and friends that were filled with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories. She especially loved getting together with the O'Donnell clan at Bear Brook State Park and Massabesic Lake. She and Louis shared a passion for travel that led them on countless adventures throughout the northeast and Canada.
Constance will be remembered not only for the love and care she poured into her family but also for the joy she brought to all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she find eternal peace, and may her memory continue to inspire love and connection in the hearts of those who mourn her passing.
