A long-time Great Barrington resident, Connie, as she was known to everyone, was born on Staten Island, New York to parents William F. Muller and Emma (DiSio) Muller. After graduating, from New Dorp H.S., Connie moved with her family to Livingston, in upstate New York.

Over the years Connie was active in many local organizations including the Girl Scouts, the Boy Scouts, the Alford Garden Club, the Fairview Hospital Women's Auxiliary, the Historic District Commission and the Great Barrington Historical Society.
In her active years, Connie loved to play golf, garden and swim in local pools and especially at Lake Mansfield. She particularly enjoyed visiting Rhode Island and its beautiful beaches. Until recently Connie could be spotted driving around town in her beloved white Mustang convertible.
Connie was especially proud that in 1958, illustrator Norman Rockwell chose her to pose for an advertisement he was doing for Red Rose Tea.
