Conor PickeringJune 2, 2022On the morning of June 2, 2022, Conor Patrick Pickering, 24, died in a motor vehicle accident on his way to work. Conor's heartbroken family includes his parents Patrick and Krista Pickering, his younger brother Ryan, his one true love Gabriella Fargeorge, maternal grandparents Michael and Larraine Romano, paternal grandparents John Pickering, Sr. and the late Rosemary Pickering, his aunts and uncles Keith and Stephanie Romano, John and Linda Pickering Jr., Brian and Martha Pickering, Matthew Pickering, Rosemary Pickering, his cousins Shawn, Meryn, Gray and Bain and his fur babies Gracie and Lily.Conor grew up in the West Shore section of West Haven where he spent much of his childhood boating, fishing and jet skiing. He attended Sound School and SCSU. At the time of his death, he worked as a heavy equipment operator for NPL Construction.Visitation will take place on Sunday, June 5 from 3 to 7 pm at the West Haven Funeral Home, 662 Savin Ave., West Haven. On Monday morning, all are asked to proceed directly to St. Lawrence Church, 307 Main St., West Haven. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 o'clock. There is no burial at this time.
