CREMATION OPTIONS
Clarence John Sherrod age 75 passed away July 12, 2018 after a long illness. He was a retired master machinist and co-owner of Knoxville Rod and Bearing Company in Knoxville, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents Jay G, Jr and Gladys
Sherrod; brothers Michael and David Sherrod; granddaughter Holly Marie Sherrod and great grandson Bryce Lee Owings. He is survived by his wife Mable Langston Sherrod; son John Sherrod, Jr and wife Patricia; daughter Cindy McMahan; grandchildren, Tiffany Mcmahan, Brandy and Matt Owings, and Grandson Matthew Jay Sherrod; great grandchildren, Ethan Estepp, and Christopher, Noah, Alayna and Alexis Owings; brothers, Bruce Sherrod and Jay Walter and Angie Sherrod; sisters Robin and David lane, Nancy and Conard Langston; several nieces and nephews and other extended family. We would like to thank each and every one of you for all the stories and fond memories you gave my Dad over the years. Our family would also like to thank all of Dad's staff from the Fort Sanders Medical Teams who assisted with his care. You did a great job. There will be no services at my Father's request. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to East Tennessee Children's Hospital, The Development Office, P. O.
