Christopher Loring Pierce passed away peacefully on July 26, 2021. Predeceased by loving wife of 43 years, Barbara Kimmey Pierce, and son John G. Pierce. Survived by beloved children Christopher Pierce (Denise) of Fredericksburg, VA, Michael Pierce (Perine) of Virginia Beach, VA, and Karen Pierce-Blandamer (Gary) of Pasadena, MD; companion of many years to Ellen Kroeger, doting grandfather to 7, great-grandfather to 6, uncle to 5. Services were held in Maryland. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Benedictine Sisters of Ridgely MD, 14259 Benedictine Lane, Ridgely, MD, 21660.
