Our beloved mother, Christena "Chris" Ann Womack is reunited again with her beloved husband and high school sweetheart, Gail.
She was born on 17 Dec. 1944 in Yuba City, Sutter, California, and the oldest of six children to Kendall and Eva Mae Kimber. In June 1957, they moved to Snowville, UT, where she graduated from Bear River high school in 1963, afterward attending Brigham Young University. In March of 1966 she left and served a mission in Mexico until June of 1968.
She has been a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints her entire life. Serving in her callings and in the Temple brought her so much joy.
She married Gail in the Logan Temple in Aug. 1968. They lived in Nibley, UT and then moved to Ashton, ID in 1979. In 1989, they moved the family to St. Anthony, ID, where she has lived for the last 32 years.
She is survived by her 6 children, Tyler (Nancy), Juneau, AK; Corey (Stacey) Juneau, AK; Craig (Debi), St. Anthony, ID; Rick (Candace), Rexburg, ID; Wendy (Rocky) Idaho Falls, ID; Misty (Kris) Shelley, ID; 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by Sisters Mary, Diana and Katherine. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers, Fred and Frankie and her grandson, Blake.
We will miss her warm hugs and sweet smile. Thanks for saying "Hello" to Dad for us.
Many thanks to the Homestead Assisted Living center workers, care givers, and hospice. Many thanks to ward members and friends in St. Anthony, ID, for all of the love and support you've given Mother.
