Cheryl A Lee (Remon) 77, of Spring Hill, FL - Passed away on July 13, 2022 after a long illness and recent battle with lung cancer.
Cheryl was a lifelong Beverly resident and moved with her daughter Beth and her family to Spring Hill Florida in 2004. She graduated from Beverly High School in 1963 and attended North Shore Community College. She was the daughter of the late Elmer P. Remon and Mildred C. (Edison) Remon. She is pre-deceased by her brother Larry E. Remon. Cheryl is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Beth and David Hiller of Spring Hill, FL and Tamsen and Scott Lantych, of Danvers, MA. Her grandchildren, Michael, Stephen , Meagan, Sarah, Kate, and Abby , along with 8 great grandchildren will miss her very much.
She loved New England with its' rich history and landscape, from the White Mountains to the beaches, and was especially fond of Lynch Park. She enjoyed reading, cooking, gardening, participating in the Beverly Civil Defense and was an expert gift giver - taking great care in choosing the perfect gift for someone. Music was also a true passion and brought her much happiness - she attended many concerts from John Denver to The Cranberries. Her daughters remember the stereo system with the huge speakers in the living room, their Mom sitting on the floor with headphones on, listening to one of her many classic albums.
Cheryl, adopted at birth, recently learned of her pre-deceased birth mother and extended family. Due to her illness, she was unable to connect with her new family members but took great peace in closing the loop on a lifetime of wondering and adding a wonderful new limb to the family tree for future generations to enjoy.
She (along with her keen sense of humor and strong political views) will be sadly missed by her family. They take great care in knowing she is reunited with her youngest daughter, Tara Harding Lee
