Cheryl Darlene Hutchinson, a beloved mother, grandmother, and community member, transitioned peacefully surrounded by her friends and family on Saturday, January 25, 2025. Cheryl will be remembered for the precious time she spent with her family, the laughter they shared, her delicious meals, and her unwavering support during challenging times. Known as a hard worker who didn't tolerate nonsense, Cheryl's legacy is one of love, dedication, and kindness. She was fiercely protective of her children, valued her lifelong friendships from her workplace, and remained loyal to her church and community. Outgoing and personable, Cheryl dedicated her life to her church, her work, and her beloved family, leaving behind a lasting impression on all who knew her. Cheryl is survived by her beloved children, Alicia Darlene Smith and Virgil Hutchinson; her daughter-in-law, DeYondalan Hutchinson and son-in-law Michael Smith; and her cherished grandchildren, Blake Parham, Mariposa Isabella Raine Hutchinson, Ryland Eli Lenear Hutchinson, Angelina Madeleine Smith, and Ava Alexandria Smith. She is also survived by many cousins, friends, and extended family members who will miss her dearly. A celebration of Cheryl's life will be held at the Hiram Church of Christ, 7660 Nebo Rd, Hiram, GA 30141 at 2pm est to honor her memory and the profound impact she had on her family, friends, and community. The viewing will be held at Collins Funeral Home at 4947 N Main St, Acworth, GA 30101 on Friday January 31, 2025 from 5-8pm est.
