Chas P. Crippen, 29, of Verona, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. He was born in Rome on August 27, 1991, a son of Terry and Tina (Crippen) Russell.
Chas loved to play basketball with his buddies, listen to music and ride motorcycles. He enjoyed spending time with his family and time with his kids.
He is survived by his parents, Tina and Terry; three daughters, Kendra, Jasmine and Isabella; a sister, Autumn Welch; a brother, Ethan Russell; grandmothers, Carol Crippen, Virginia (Ronald) Winfield and Dawn Russell; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by grandfathers, Benjamin Crippen and Terry Russell, Sr. and a cousin, Caitlin Hicks.
Family and friends are invited to call at Nunn and Harper Funeral Home, Inc., 418 N. George St., Rome, on Wednesday, January 20th from 5-7:00 p.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home at one time, everyone must wear a face covering upon entering and proper social distancing protocols must be adhered to once inside Interment will take place in St. Peter's Cemetery.
