Charlotte Ringer was born March 5th, 1923 and died peacefully in her sleep on January 15th, 2017. A long time resident of Silver Spring MD. she is survived by her son Joel , daughter Sheri, and grandchildren Kelly and Eli. Her sense of humor and love of family were exceptional.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Charlotte's name to the Dementia Society of America.
