Mrs. Charlotte Ann Darby Milam, age 71, of Rome, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2024, at a local healthcare facility.
Mrs. Milam was born in Rome, Georgia on November 29, 1952, daughter of the late Charles Lewis Darby and the late Annie Ruth Hovers Darby. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Leon Milam, on October 9, 2024, and by a brother, Darrell Lewis Darby. Mrs. Milam was a member of South Broad Baptist Church. She worked for many years as an administrative assistant at Floyd Medical Center where her coworkers became some of her closest friends. Mrs. Milam enjoyed playing bingo and camping until her health prevented her from going. Her greatest love was her family.
Survivors include a daughter, Misti Fuller (Parker); three grandchildren, Ashton, Keeli & Maeli Fuller; many special cousins and friends.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024, at 10am at Oaknoll Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Ricky Studdard will officiate.
