Charlotte Marie McClosky Novotny passed away on July 28, 2020 at the age of 73 following a brief battle with cancer. She was born in Houston, Texas to Max and Carrie McClosky on January 21, 1947.
Charlotte was deeply devoted to and was a committed follower of Jesus Christ. She was a member of St Paul United Methodist Church in Conroe, Texas.
Charlotte worked as an in home health care companion for several years and loved caring for those in need. She loved to cook, enjoyed crossword puzzles and her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
We will miss her forever but are at peace knowing she is with our Lord and all that were waiting for her in Heaven.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents.
Charlotte is survived by her son John and (daughter in law) Danelle Knox,
Daughter Kim and (son in law) Tony Walton, daughter Dee and (son in law) Karey Carter, son Russell and (daughter in law) Reana Novotny, Grandchildren Jordan Knox, Nicole Knox, Jaydee Knox, Jace Knox, Madison Walton, Tanner Walton, Hailey Carter, Kyle Carter, Grayson Novotny and Grant Novotny
Charlotte is survived by siblings Brother: Don and (wife) Henrietta McClosky, Sister: Irene McClosky Robertson, Sister: Sandy and (husband) Robert Monk, Sister: Annette McClosky and numerous nieces and nephews.
In remembrance of Charlotte donations may be made to the St Paul United Methodist Church Fund; 1100 W. Semands St., Conroe, TX 77301.
Due to Covid-19, the family will be holding a private family service at St Paul United Methodist Church on Tuesday August 4, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
