Charlotte Ellen (Cisco) Anderson, 74, of Franklin, IN passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021 at the Indiana Masonic Home at Compass Park in Franklin, IN.
She was born January 26, 1947 in Franklin, IN to Joseph L. and Florence Ruth (Stine) Cisco. She married R. Keith Anderson on December 16, 1967 at First Baptist Church in Franklin, IN, he preceded her in death on November 22, 2020.
She was a 1965 graduate of Franklin Community High School and a 1989 graduate of I.U.P.U.I.
She owned and operated "Our Little Corner" craft shop in Franklin, IN with her sister Sharon Parish. She also had been an educator for several elementary schools in Johnson County.
Charlotte was a founding member of the Community Church of Franklin. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, and especially to the beach.
Survivors include her two sons Christopher S. Anderson (Debbi Sponsler) of Brownsburg, IN and Brian D. Anderson of Greenwood, IN, three grandchildren Lacey Marie Anderson, Leevi Joseph Anderson and Liberty Justice Anderson, a brother Richard Cisco of Franklin, IN and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph L. and Florence Ruth (Stine) Cisco, husband R. Keith Anderson on November 22, 2020 and her sister Sharon L. Parish on July 25, 2011.
Pastor Tim Davis will conduct a service on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed for family and friends can connect at www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/charlotte-anderson. Please use Firefox Internet or Google Chrome for optimal viewing. Friends may call Sunday July 11, 2021 from 3PM until 6PM at the mortuary. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, IN.
