Charles Sprayberry, 80, of Midland, Texas passed from this life Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in Midland, Texas. He was born to LeRoy and Amanda Sprayberry on January 9, 1941 in Gorman, Texas.
Charles was an avid hunter and outdoorsman throughout his lifetime. He had many business adventures in his life and even owned a Kirby dealership in Montana and Indiana, he was a true entrepreneur. In 1973, he moved to Midland, Texas and was the Justice of the Peace for Midland County from 1980 to 1986. Charles did volunteer work for Miracle Network and the Midland Community Theater, often having a part in the play. When Charles was not busy working hard or volunteering, he was a man of God, being a member of The First Baptist Church in Midland for many years. He will be missed by all those that loved and knew him.
Those left to cherish his memories are his son, Tadd Sprayberry of Odessa, Texas; sister, Pam Houghton of Fort Worth, Texas; 6 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild along with many friends.
He is preceded in death by both his parents; son, Mike Sprayberry and sister, Lynne Anderson.
The family will hold a private memorial service to celebrate his life at a later date.
