Charles "Keith" O'Keith Eddlemon, Jr, 56, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away July 8th, 2021.
Keith was a good man, a man of God, whose faith was strong and whose witness was bright, and he will be missed by many who called him friend. Keith was a Born-Again Christian. Of all life's experiences, Keith said the most pivotal and most important, was coming to know the Lord. As an ordained minister, Keith devoted his life to God and helping others.
Keith had a heart of gold and he truly cared about people, he never turned down an opportunity to help others so much so that he consistently put others needs before his own. Keith's care and help for others was a testament to his earthly success and the kind of person he was.
Over the course of his career Keith brought out the best in others. Starting in 1984 Keith worked with children and youth in church settings. He served on the teaching staff at Lindenwood Christian Church and after becoming ordained, he was the pastor at Cherokee Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Cherokee Alabama and was a member of the West Tennessee Presbytery. Keith took care of disabled people on a volunteer basis. Keith was also an artist and writer as well as a professional narrator and speaker.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Eddlemon, Sr.
Keith is survived by his mother, Virginia Eddlemon; his sister, Renee Hancock (Clay); his nieces, Autumn and Sarah Hancock; and his aunt, Fay Eddlemon.
Memorials may be made to the Bartlett United Methodist Church.

You are who you are, at least in part, because of those who cross paths with you during your life. Keith was one of those special people who has touched all our lives and we will all carry Keith's love and caring for people, his legacy and his memory with us for the rest of our lives. We need more "Keiths" in this world.
