Charity was born to Sandra (Gaddis) and Jeffrey Wise in Abilene, Texas on July 16, 1992. She attended Merkel ISD for majority of her youth before her family moved to San Angelo in 2008. Charity was a 2010 graduate of Central High School in San Angelo. Most recently, she was working towards her BS in special education & elementary education. She was employed by San Angelo ISD as a substitute teacher where her love for teaching blossomed. She always knew from a young age that teaching was her calling.
Charity married Lee Kemp on April 18, 2015. Together they welcomed a son, Braxton, shortly before on August 14, 2013. She was extremely talented in art, with crocheting being her favorite past time. She was always shopping for new yarn and anyone that knows her knew what an extensive collection she had. Llamas were also a favorite of hers and she collected anything she could get her hands on. Her smile was bright and her blue eyes even brighter.
She is survived by husband Lee of San Angelo and son Braxton; Parents Sandra and Jeff Finn of San Angelo; Sister Maxine Finn of San Angelo; sister Alicia Finn of Dallas; Brother Dakota Wise of Macdonough, Georgia; Grandfather's Dale Adkins of Tye and Rance Obenchain of Abilene; As well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
