Celeste M. Corey

Celeste L. Corey, 82, of Salem, NH passed away at her home on Sunday, July 31st surrounded by her loving family. She was born and educated in Methuen, MA and she graduated from Tenney High School. Celeste was a realtor with Berge's Real Estate in Salem for many years. During her career, she won many awards. She enjoyed shopping, going for walks, going out to eat and trips to Foxwoods. Celeste loved going to the beach. She will be deeply missed by her 6 children, Kathy Corey Fox and husband Warren of Pelham, NH, William Corey, Jr. of Salem, NH, Patricia Corey, Patrick Corey and wife Jeanine of Manchester, NH, Jennifer O'Clare of Manchester, NH and Kerri Kelley and husband Dave of Derry, NH; her 8 grandchildren, Nicole Corey, Kayla Rezendes and husband Randy, Kyle Corey, Jeanine Santos, Sean Corey, Kaitlin Corey, Kara Verdonck and Sarah Kelley; her sisters, Claire Wilson of TN and Pauline Young of Wilmington, MA and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, William Corey, Sr. and her brothers, Francis, Joseph Jr. and Ronald.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, August 11th from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Celeste's name may be made to Brookhaven Hospice, 22 Roulston Rd. Suite 1B Windham, NH 03087.
