Carolyn Kay Robison, 81, of Napoleon, Ohio passed away at Regency Hospital on March 15, 2024. She was born in Wood County, Ohio on August 21, 1942 to the late Robert and Ruth (Houser) Barnes. On March 16, 1963, Carolyn married James Robison at Peace Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on May 31, 1988.
Carolyn was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon. She worked as a Lab Tech for the Wood County Hospital and volunteered with the Henry County Hospital Auxiliary. Carolyn was also a member of the McClure American Legion Auxiliary and the Bavarian Haus.
She is survived by her children, Robbi Robison, and Brian (Kari) Robison; grandchildren, Amber, Emily (Gabe), Elijah (Madelyn), Warren, Noah, Blake, and Ethan; great grandchildren, Jordan, Kash, Halle, Leighton, Maddyx, Riggs, and Beckham; and sister, Paddy (Steve) Wing. In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, James; and children, Timothy, Jeffrey, and Christa.
Friends and family will be received at the Rodenberger-Gray Funeral Home, Napoleon, on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Napoleon, on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 11:00 AM with an hour of visitation prior to services. Interment will follow at Richfield Cemetery, Deshler. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Peace Lutheran Church, Henry County Senior Center or the McClure American Legion Post 332.
