Carolyn A. Radford (86), of Richmond, VA, formerly of Charleston and Winfield, WV, passed away on April 17, 2022. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Carolyn was predeceased by mother, Gertrude Dolin; husband, Fred Radford. She is survived by her children, Andy (Mary), Holly (Bobby), and Greg (Summer); grandchildren, Liza, Thomas, Ashton, and Kelcee.
A life-long West Virginian, Carolyn grew up in Marmet and graduated from East Bank High School. She enjoyed gardening, walking, reading, and spending time with family. Her later years were spent in Leesburg and Richmond, Virginia, and those she met always commented on her sweet and playful spirit. She will be missed by all who loved her.
A family graveside service will be held. Anyone wishing to remember Carolyn can please make a donation to the Alzheimer's Association or the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
