Carolyn McKenzie Greene, 71, of Camilla died Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 5 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home with interment in Oakview Cemetery. Rev. Frank Dinie and Rev. Corey Shiver will officiate.
Born December 21, 1951 in Thomasville, GA, Mrs. Greene was the daughter of Virginia Glausier McKenzie and the late Carroll Irby McKenzie. She was also preceded in death by a grandchild, Bradley Jay Turner. She was a teacher in the Mitchell County School System for 38 years. Mrs. Greene was a member of The Cross Church.
Survivors include her husband, Mark A. Greene of Camilla; one daughter, Sara Turner (Chris) of Albany; two sons, Dusty Shiver (Brittany) of Camilla and Corey Shiver (Karesha) of Moultrie; her mother, Virginia McKenzie of Camilla; one brother, James A. McKenzie (Deidre) of Lizella; six grandchildren, Bowden Turner, Morgan Shiver, Mattie Shiver, Cody Shiver, Caiden Shiver, Keilyn Shiver.
Visitation will be from 2 - 3 p.m., Sunday, before services, at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home.
Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
