Carolyn M. Land, 79, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, July 1, 2022. Carolyn is a native of Princess Anne County and was born to Lonnie and Beaulah Baxter on November 3, 1942. She was an active member of Union Baptist Church. She was predeceased by 10 siblings and her adopted daughter, Jeryl Sharpe.
Carolyn is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 59 years, Rev Joseph E. Land, Sr. She will be missed and remembered by her children, Linda Jones (Alvin), Pamela Perez, David Land (Charlina), Willie Land (Christina), Joseph Land, Jr., along with 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, a special cousin, Ann Moore, and a host of nieces, nephew and friends.
Interment will be at Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 N Witchduck Rd 23462.

Masks will be required to attend the visitation as well as the funeral service.
