Caroline Louise (Quade) Kulibert, 86, resident of Barrett House, Markesan, WI, went to be with Jesus on Saturday, March 13, 2021, after a long battle with dementia.
Carol was born to the late Clarence & Dorothy Quade of Markesan on July 19, 1934, in Beaver Dam, WI. Her sisters, Lorraine Whitehouse and Hazel Redman, preceded her in death. She graduated from Markesan High School in 1951.
Carol was married to Duaine Kulibert in 1960. He preceded her in death in 2000. She is survived by four children, Linda (husband, Michael) Kuhn of Omro, WI, Karen (husband, Todd) Allsup of Omro, WI, David (wife, Debbie) Kulibert of St. Cloud, FL, and Daniel Kulibert of Oshkosh, WI; four grandchildren (Sarah, Adam, James and Cody); and six great-grandchildren (Austin, Faith, Justin, Braylon and twins Kendrick & Kennedy). Carol also leaves behind two very dear friends, Lorraine Radig of Beaver Dam, WI, who had been a classmate and friend since childhood, and June Woods of Kissimmee, FL, who she went on many cruise and camping adventures with.
Carol loved her life in Florida with Duaine, having moved there in 1976 from Wisconsin, enjoying the sunshine, her pool and the night blooming jasmine. Carol also loved spending time in the kitchen and was always ready to set another place at the table for whoever showed up hungry. She will be remembered by many for her sense of humor and quick wit, often speaking her mind.
A private graveside service will take place at Lake Maria Cemetery in Markesan at a later date.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Samuel's Grove/Barrett House for their wonderful and kind care of Carol during her residency there.
Cornerstone Funeral & Cremation Services, 181 S. Main St., Markesan is honored to be serving the family. You may send private online condolences or sign the family's guest book at www.cstonefs.com.
