Carol was born on October 16, 1974 in Ft. Bliss, Texas to George and Patsy Herrera. Services are at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Rawlins with rosary at 10am, mass at 11am, burial at 12pm and reception to follow at the church. Jacoby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
