Calvin Thomas Renfroe, Sr

Mr. Calvin Thomas Renfroe, Sr., age 78, of Cedartown, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at a local hospital.

Mr. Renfroe was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 30, 1947, son of the late Thomas Renfroe and the late Mary Bowen Renfroe. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Renfroe. Prior to retirement, Mr. Renfroe was an insulator for the Asbestos Workers Local #48 in Atlanta. He was a member of Hollywood Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Whitehead Renfroe; two children, Tammy Waymen (Ken) and Calvin Thomas Renfroe, Jr. (Daniella); three brothers, Danny Renfroe, Ronnie Renfroe (Janet), and Donnie Renfroe (Lybia); three nephews, Shane Renfroe, Daniel Renfroe, and Ryan Renfroe.

A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Hollywood Baptist Church. Pastor David Harper will officiate.

The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 1pm the service time.
