Caitlin Elizabeth "Gray" Kratz, 34, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Monday, February 27, 2023. Her Funeral Service will be held Sunday, March 5, 2023, in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends an hour before the service. A Catholic mass will be held at St. Denis Church in Manasquan, New Jersey on Saturday, March 11th, at 2 pm.
Caitlin was born June 16, 1988, in Summit, New Jersey, the daughter of Peter Kevin Gray and Kathleen Ann Reilly. After receiving her undergraduate degree from St. Francis University in Pennsylvania, and her masters in social work from the University of South Carolina, she worked in Charleston County as a drug and alcohol addiction specialist for 10 years. Caitlin loved the beach, dancing, and all kinds of music. She will be remembered for being a mental health advocate and missed by all who loved her.
She is survived by her parents, Kathy Reilly and Peter Gray; siblings, Peter Gray of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Kevin Gray and Michelle Conway of Little Egg Harbor, NJ; her grandmother, Elizabeth Reilly of Manasquan, NJ; her much loved yellow lab, Cooper; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
