Bruce "Smokey" Hall

Bruce Hall was born on May 15, 1942 in Washington, DC. He attended Anacostia High School. Thereafter, he served in the United States Navy for four years. He married his beloved wife, Pheona Hall, on October 18, 1973, and they enjoyed 47 wonderful years together. Bruce was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1974, and remained a faithful servant of Jehovah until his death. He found great pleasure in helping others understand the bible. He had the opportunity to share his musical talents as a member of the R&B group Stereophonics, where he was nicknamed "Smokey" because of his similar look and singing style to Smokey Robinson. He also enjoyed action and Western movies. Bruce is survived by his 3 daughters and 11 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son.
