Bruce Dewey Allsop, 88, of River Heights, UT, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by members of his loving family on March 24, 2025.
Bruce was born on April 25, 1936, to Dewey Earl & Alta Erma Larsen. Bruce married the love of his life Barbara Mae Bateson, in the Logan LDS Temple on January 29, 1958. They celebrated 64 years before she passed away in 2022. They had 3 children, Dale Allsop, Cathy (Lance) Johnson, & Dennis (Kim) Allsop. They also had 8 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Bruce is survived by his son Dennis (Kim) Allsop, Cathy (Lance) Johnson, all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sisters Patty Frint, Linda Robinette, brother Tom Allsop, and his precious dog Penny.
Bruce is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Mae Allsop, his parents Dewey Earl and Alta Erma Allsop, son Dale Allsop, and his little dog Levi.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the White Pine Funeral Services Chapel, 753 South 100 East, Logan, UT. A viewing will be held prior to the services from 12:30 - 1:30 PM. Interment will be held at the Providence Cemetery, 925 River Heights Blvd., River Heights, UT.
