On July 13th 2021 one of God's most beautiful creations, Brittney Lynn Cleator left this world unexpectedly at the young age of 23 years old. We will all miss and cherish her memory for the rest of our days.
Brittney was born March 1st 1998 with her twin sister Paige Alexis Cleator to Lance Cleator and Sarah Nance. From the time they were born, both girls warmed the hearts of everyone around them.
Brittney was so incredibly cute and sweet that you couldn't help but hug her every time you would see her. Brittney was our own little ray of sunshine. Her smile and laugh was infectious and would make you happy just looking at her. She definitely lit up the room with a good vibe.
Brittney was caring and compassionate to everyone around her. She wanted to make the world a better place, no matter how big the obstacles were. She hoped to reach people to make them see that things can and needed to be better.
Brittney was passionate about helping kids and making sure kids were happy and had what they needed. She also cared about homeless people, and people struggling with addiction issues. She recently gave a homeless person her sweatshirt and sweatpants right off her back and jumped back in the car in shorts and a tee shirt because she said the lady looked cold. She volunteered at our local Habitat for Humanity just to do some good in the community. Our neighbors reached out to let me know how much they loved Brittney and how sweet she was to their special needs son. Brittney would spend time with him and taught him how to peddle and ride a bike. There is an endless list of the kind things that Brittney did for people in her life. That is what she liked to do, and felt was her purpose. Everyone will forever be changed with the loss of such a beautiful person and life.
Brittney also loved the outdoors and really enjoyed exploring the woods and trails. Some of her other hobbies included swimming, kayaking, reading and writing, as well as making flower arrangements for her family and loved ones. Before this unfortunate event happened Brittney was making plans for a field day at the soccer fields close to our house for all the neighborhood kids. She wanted a soccer scrimmage all the neighborhood kids could participate in so that they could have fun and have a purpose. Brittney was so caring and loving, it saddens me extremely that she is gone. I can't say enough about my little girl. We miss her so much already.
Brittney leaves behind her father, Lance Cleator, her mother Sarah Nance, her twin sister who she shared an unbreakable bond with, Paige Cleator, her aunt Tiffany Cleator-Murray, her grandfather Dennis Cleator, her grandmother Susan Nance, Her great grandfather - 101 year old Pierre Conner, her great aunt Lorie Paseka Posephney, her brothers Myron Peltier, and Marcus Butterfield, her little sister Adriene Nance, her cousins, Alex VerHoeven, Abby and Nate Cleator, Brandon Carlan, Joel Forsman, Riley Crane, and Wyatt Carlan. Every one of which loved Brittney and will always miss her.
Btittneys Funeral service is going to be held at Solie Funeral Home on Saturday July 31st 2021 at noon with a graveside service to follow. Anyone that cared for Brittney is welcome.
I love you my little Binny Bop.
Love, your Daddy.
