Bradley Edward Stoner , 34 Apr 4, 1987 - Aug 19, 2021 Bradley, "Brad", Edward Stoner, age 34, of Shippensburg, passed away suddenly Thursday, August 19, 2021 at WellSpan York Hospital. He was born April 4, 1987 in Waynesboro, PA, the son of Keith N. Stoner and Linda A. Stoner.
Brad graduated in the Class of 2006 from James Buchanan High School in Mercersburg, PA. He then went on to serve as a mechanic in the U.S. Army and was deployed three times, twice for the Operation of Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and once for the Operation of Iraqi Freedom. He ended up serving as a gunner for numerous missions. He was also stationed in Germany. Brad was awarded various medals and accommodations for his time and honorable service. More recently, Brad has been working as a police officer for Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg. Brad was a member of the American Legion in Mercersburg and the NRA. During his spare time, Brad enjoyed hunting deer, turkey and ducks, shooting at gun ranges and working on his beloved Mustang. He will be dearly missed by all.
In addition to his parents, Brad is survived by his loving wife, Emilee (Jewell) Stoner of Shippensburg; grandmother, Lois Stoner; grandparents, Bob and Dorothy Feigley; father-in-law, Scott Jewell; mother-in-law, Sandee Jewell and his beloved dog, Theo.
Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg with Pastor Dr. Kenny J. Craig officiating. A Public Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at the funeral home. A Procession will follow the service to Indiantown Gap VA National Cemetery.
