06/23/1941 - 06/19/2022 Borti was born and raise in San Pedro and was know by many as a true "Pedro Boy". Perhaps you remembered him as the guy who pinstriped cars, or as the sign painter and artist, or as the guy who loved and owned classic cars, or as the quick-witted comedian that he was. Borti passed away peacefully at home on June 19th, a few days shy his 81st birthday. He was preceded in death by his parents, Millie and Borti Petrich Sr. Borti is survived Teresa, his loving wife of 53 years; his five children and their spouses: Krisi (Andy) Bosnich, Borti (Jen) Petrich, Melinda (Mark) Mascola, Lisa (Brendan) Binns,Angelica (Jason) Duke, Brother: Richard Petrich. Seven grandchildren: Drew, Jason and Justin Bosnich; Max, Marco and Leo Mascola; Poppy Binns. The Petrich family would like to thank Dr. Cam and the U.S. Renal Care Skypark fortheir care and suppport over the last 12 years. We would also like to thank Shafi, a kind and caring driver who transported Borti to dialysis three days a week.
