Bonnie Kay McKinney, 66, of Greenfield, Ohio, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2022, at home.
She was born July 15, 1955, in Washington C.H., Ohio, the daughter of Orland and Leona (Ross) Harris.
Bonnie was a 1973 graduate of Edward Lee McClain High School. She was a member of the Good Shepherd Church where she was serving as president of ladies fellowship, and had served as choir director for several years. She retired in 2018 from Adena Home Health after 28 years of service. Also, she sold Avon in Greenfield for approximately 50 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Vanessa (Steve) Staggs of Greenfield; one sister, Jannie (Richard) Larkins of Greenfield; one niece, Valarie Larkins; one nephew, James Larkins; numerous cousins including two special cousins, Ronda Bryan and Diana Dissinger; and one fur baby, Nala.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave McKinney, on Feb. 11, 2018; and both parents.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 7 at Good Shepherd Church in Greenfield with Pastor Scott Graham officiating. Burial will follow in the White Oak Grove Cemetery, near Buena Vista.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Monday at the church.
The Murray-Fettro Funeral Home in Greenfield is serving the family.
