Graveside services entrusted to Peoples Funeral Home are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 10, 2024 at St. Mary's Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Carter was born October 6, 1953 and passed peacefully August 4, 2024. Mrs. Carter is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, relatives and friends.
