Billy James Westbrook passed away Feb 11, 2021 in Houston, Tx.
He was born Sept. 14, 1930 in Sand Lake, Tx. to Riley Valentine and Mary Bassham Westbrook.
He was a retired Federal licensed Grain Inspector. He is survived by his daughter, Debra Lynn Clark and son-in-law, Michael Ewing, Sr., also five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Tommie Jean Westbrook, son, Stephen Wayne Westbrook, daughter Brenda Ewing, brother, Issac Hesser Westbrook and sister, Neta Rue Royder.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in the Matagorda Cemetery, Matagorda, Tx. 77457.
