Word was received that Billy Joe Nelson, 57, formerly of Owatonna, MN, passed away on Nov. 22 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO. Billy was well-liked by people, fun and had a laugh that everyone enjoyed when they would visit with him. He is survived by a son and daughter, three grandchildren, four brothers, two sisters and his mother Darlene Nelson. Services will be planned for a later date.
