Bill McAllister, 74 was called to home to Heaven on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
Bill was a farm boy raised in Leitha, Idaho. He lived in many places but ended up residing in Nampa, Idaho. He lived a very full life, which included logging, catching fish on his fishing boat, and driving truck.
One of his favorite hobbies was to ride his motorcyle, he also was a beekeeper and loved the outdoors fishing and hunting with family and friends.
Later in life, he enjoyed working in his garden and spending time at his mountain cabin in Garden Valley, four wheeling and fishing.
He loved visiting with his special Garden Valley buddy, Jamie and his other cabin buddies. Bill had two daughters Patricia and Billie. He had two stepsons who were like his own, Daniel and Steven. Later he had two stepdaughters, Della and Diania.
Bill is survived by his wife Shirley McAllister, his daughter Patricia Grenamyer, his mother Shirley Johnson, his sister Sandra Freeburg, his brother Dave Johnson and several grandchildren.
Bill loved animals and had a special place in his heart for his kitties, Shadow, Lucky and Callie. They brought him much joy, as did his birds in his backyard.
Bill will be missed by all family, friends and acquaintances. He was always helping neighbors when he could, and he was loved by all.
We were lucky enough to find each other later in life and we loved each other very much. We were always there for each other. Not often, you are given a second chance at love, but we were two of the fortunate ones. I will say goodbye to Bill until we meet in Heaven. Shirley.
Cremation was under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel in Caldwell, Idaho. Friends may share a memory of Bill at www.flahifffuneralchapel.com
