Beverly Jane (Weatherholt) Price, 79, of Plymouth, Indiana, jumped into the arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 5, 2021, after a brief illness in the hospital. Beverly and her husband, Donald, had just moved to Middleburg, Florida to enjoy life in the south around family. Beverly's greatest love was her lifelong relationship with Jesus and sharing that through serving, and prayer groups.
Born on February 19. 1942 in Hartford City. Beverly grew up in Montpelier. She graduated from Montpelier High School in 1960 and went on to Ball State University to get her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Home Economics Education in 1964. Beverly taught home economics in both South Bend and Goshen for five years.
On March 30, 1969 she married Donald Ray Price, and moved to Plymouth. After their wedding, she and Don owned and managed Price's Village Valet Cleaners for many years in Plymouth.
Beverly and Don were married for 52 years. They raised three children: Angela Price Michalak of Waxhaw, NC (Doug), Diane Price Harding of Mableton, GA (Doug), and Christina Price Granger of Middleburg, FL (James). She also has seven grandchildren: Ashley, Daniel, Lindsay, Joshua, Taylor, McKenna and Kayla. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Delight and Dewayne Weatherholt, stepmother Lorada Weatherholt, grandparents, Ralph and Mable Weatherholt, and Ima and Verna Garrett. She is survived by her siblings, Gary Weatherholt, Linda Coleman (Dean), and Cheryl Barnes (Mike), along with her husband Don, her children, her grandchildren, and five nieces and nephews.
In celebration of Beverly's life, there will be a graveside service at Oak Hill Cemetery, Plymouth, Indiana on October 2, 2021 at 1 pm followed by a reception with light refreshments.
