CHARLOTTE - Betty Payseur, 87, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015, 1pm, at Statesville Avenue Presby-terian Church, 3435 Nevin Road, Charlotte, NC 28269. The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Boston's Mortuary.
