Betty Quinn Mercer, 93, of Victoria passed away May 3, 2023. She was born March 11, 1930 in Monroe, LA to Henry E. and Elsie Burket Quinn. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. followed by funeral services at 2 p.m. at St. Francis Episcopal Church with Father Stephen Carson officiating.
