Betty P. Lamborn

Betty P. Lamborn, 86, of Columbus, Indiana died at 3:35 a.m. Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at Four Seasons Health Care Center.

Betty was born in New Castle, Indiana July 12, 1933, the daughter of Reuben James and Lillian Weston Prizeman. She was a graduate of New Castle High School, class of 1951. She married Pierre G. Lamborn January 9, 1953 in New Castle; he preceded her in death May 26, 2016.

She was a licensed Realtor. She worked as a Real Estate Agent for Woods and Grooms and had worked for Brad's Furniture Gallery. She was a former Girl Scout leader, loved to garden, sew and read.

She is survived by daughter, Katherine (Robert Kaser) Lamborn of Walkerton, Indiana; sons, Pierre Gaylord Lamborn II and Barry S. Lamborn both of Columbus; brother, Herbert H. Prizeman of Dade City, Florida; granddaughters, Marguerite Yoder of Indianapolis and Carolynda Lamborn of Chicago.

She was preceded by her parents; husband, half sister, Frances Polston Pennycuff.

Private burial was at Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus.
