She was born in Dallas, TX on October 20, 1929, a daughter of the late Troy and Clara Wilson. Bettie was the wife of James Williams Franklin. The Celebration of Life Service will be 11AM on Saturday, June 11th at Providence Primitive District Association Tabernacle. Public Visitation 4-6 PM Friday, June 10th at Mt.
