Preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth Head Casillas (Betsy).
Survived by daughters, Sally Dianne Casillas, Sacramento, California and
Susan Carol Craig, Wayzata, Minnesota; step-children, Alan Head, Boise, Idaho, Sherwood LeClerc, Roseville, California and David Head, Loveland, Colorado; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Ben was born in Lafayette, Colorado. He joined the US Navy in March, 1941 and served until his Honorable Discharge in September, 1945. He advanced from boot to Chief Aircraft Radioman during WWII.
After leaving the Navy, Ben settled in Sacramento, CA. Ben moved to Fresno, CA in 1973 where he met the love of his life, Betsy. Ben was in the Electrical Building Industry for forty years. Ben ended his career as owner of Modern Electric Company in Fresno, CA. Ben retired in 1987 and moved to Shaver Lake, CA.
He moved to Holly Creek in Centennial, CO in September, 2006 with Betsy. She passed on February 12, 2018.

A celebration of life for Ben will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, November 8, 2021 at Holly Creek, 5500 E. Peakview Ave., Centennial, CO 80121, followed by a reception.
Ben states he would leave with a smile, with Betsy, remembering all the persons he loved.
